Multiple resolved issues for improved functionality

Bug fixes

• Allow any USB connected headset for lecture mode

• Add support for 5 daisy chain devices

• USB stops working on headset disconnect

• Improve USB stability during connect/disconnect

• Mute headset microphone also mutes audio from internal microphones

• Noise is transmitted if there is no voice picked up by headset

• Headset mic too sensitive that prevent audio from phone microphone to be recorded

• Mute state is not synchronized with USB host

• Cetificates validation fails when certificate format attribute as pkcs12 is capitalized

• Certain characters in SCEP password handling is not handled correctly

• The device certificate is missing on the web UI after SCEP renewal
