LogitechI have a Logitech group and want to add the 15m camera extension cable.
I have a new out of the box 15m extension cable and a 10m cable.
10m cable works perfectly with Mac and windows. 15m cable I have control but no video on my Mac. If I plug my windows machine in I get video.
I have updated the firmware on my camera.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this does not work? This is in a corporate office.
The 10m and 15m cables can only be used in one direction. There should be an illustration or similar on the plug showing which side the cable should be plugged into. The camera should then work.
