Logitech Group Microphone issues?

We have a total of 3 Logitech Group systems in use in our offices.
We have experienced an issue with two of the systems where the microphone in the speaker unit fails to work.
The speaker works without issue as does every other part of the system.
During fault finding it appears the microphone output is now just some very very low level squeaks & noises.
Nothing I have done has got these two units to work again.
Moving the whole install to a new computer has done nothing to resolve.
The units are on the latest firmware (9.4)

Anyone else experienced this?
Anyone got a fix?

This is getting a little expensive.
