Logi group Speaker unit not powering on?

When PC is connected to the Hub using the USB, the speaker device does not power on and the message below prompt on my PC.
"The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and window does not recognize it.
It recommended reconnecting the device again and if not recognize, device may not be working properly.
Has anyone encounter this and how was it resolved?
