LogitechClient system remote inoperative, but working ok from base unit. They changed the battery and put in a 2032 button battery, is this the right size? However still no response to remote inputs. Can we get a replacement remote? or do you have any ideas why it does not work.
Check if the battery is inserted correctly (CR2032). If a second remote control is available, try it.
