LogitechWe use a group in our conference room which suffers a background wind noise from aircon. We have tried satellite mics and using a home made microphone muff (neither have helped much and the muff is not usable as the group gets too hot).
Is there an add on sound filter that we could install as the back ground sound is very constant so should be easily removed. MS teams built in filter doesn't help either.

Consistent noise from fans, air conditioners, hiss, etc. is filtered by most conference room microphones with built-in echo cancellation and noise suppression in a DSP processor.
