Why Display Dims when Teams Content is Shared?

Using Teams, the display brightness is fine. As soon as anyone shares content, the display connected to the bar dims quite a bit. Still usable, just noticeably dimmer. Brightness comes back when content stops being shared.

With MTR PC

Via the Logitech Sync software you can deactivate the automatic exposure and set a fixed value, this is only suitable for always constant lighting conditions. Alternatively, further brightness values can be adjusted here in the camera settings for an optimal image.
