- Logitech Scribe support
- Scribe w/ wireless share button can now be used as a whiteboard camera in Zoom Rooms.
- Before using Scribe:
- Ensure Scribe is up to date by connecting the device to a computer with Sync App installed.
- If you are setting up Scribe for the first time, the whiteboard auto-calibration interface will appear.
- If the corners of the whiteboard are calibrated correctly, press the share button to confirm.
- If adjustments are needed, you can manually frame the whiteboard using the Sync App. For more details on this step, see the article How do I manually frame my whiteboard with Scribe?
- Connect Scribe to a USB-A port on RoomMate.
- On your Tap touch controller, go to Settings > Whiteboard Camera. Make sure you see Scribe listed under the USB section.
- Using Scribe during a Zoom Rooms meeting:
- Start a whiteboard sharing session by either pressing the share button or tapping "Share Content" on the Zoom Rooms controller.
- If the whiteboard framing process has not been completed and a sharing session has been initiated, the auto-calibration interface will appear. Press the share button to confirm and begin sharing.
- If the corners are not calibrated to your liking, you can make manual adjustments in Sync App later.
- When Scribe is in use, the meeting room display will show the whiteboard content feed and the Zoom Rooms controller will show "Currently in sharing."
