CollabOS

• GoTo Resolve support is not available as part of the CollabOS 2.0 update. A future CollabOS update will reintroduce GoTo resolve support.

Introducing Android 12!

• The system has been updated to Android 12, providing a secure foundation and longer-term device support. We’ve designed the update process to be quick and simple.

Introducing Spot Support!

• Spot is a presence and environmental sensor that can easily be deployed throughout the office to deliver workplace automations and insights on space utilization, air quality, and energy efficiency. It can be paired with CollabOS devices, such as a RoomMate, or with a Logitech LoraWAN Gateway.

IMPROVEMENTS

CollabOS

• Finnish (fi-FI) is now available for use with service provider applications. Check your service provider’s documentation to see if this language is supported.

Audio

• Added support for Artome HybriDock.

Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android

• Added support for partial configuration profiles, allowing admins to modify individual settings on CollabOS devices without overwriting existing configurations.

BUG FIXES

CollabOS

• Fixed an issue that caused loss of USB audio DSP connectivity when using a Plugable UGA-2KHDMI DisplayLink adapter in a three display configuration.
• Fixed an issue with LLDP advertisement time-to-live (TTL) interval that led to CollabOS devices appearing to “flap” frequently in network switch logs.
• Fixed an issue that caused mute synchronization to stop functioning when 3rd-party USB audio peripherals were disconnected and subsequently reconnected.
• Fixed an issue with mute sync and volume control affecting the Shure ANIUSB v3 USB audio DSP.

Zoom Rooms Appliance

• Fixed an issue that caused the device to play audio at a low volume during Zoom Rooms Digital Signage despite the “muted” audio option being enabled in Zoom admin portal.
• Fixed an issue that prevented volume control when using a Shure ANIUSB USB audio DSP.
