Logitech Room Booking

  • Introducing Auto Book!
  1. With Auto Book, rooms can now automatically reserve themselves when a meeting is detected. This makes it easy for users to reserve the room they are in and means admins will receive accurate room usage data, even if someone hasn't booked the room beforehand. Simply walk into the room and start using it.
  • Introducing Auto Release!
  1. When a meeting ends early, Logitech Room Booking will automatically detect this and adjust the current booking, freeing up the room for others to use.
  • Introducing Custom Backgrounds!
  1. Administrators can upload their own background images and customize how they're displayed on Tap Scheduler, creating a more immersive and engaging experience in the office.

Support for Korean keyboard

  • We’ve added support for the Korean keyboard allowing customers to create/book new meetings using the native language.

Added support for Logitech Essential for Rooms!

  • Logitech Essential, now available for Rooms and Desks, provides IT teams with advanced tools for remote device management, workspace booking, real-time alerts, and insights.

IMPROVEMENTS

Sync Remote UI Access

  • We’ve made several user experience enhancements based on your feedback:
  1. The in-room Remote UI session indicator is now red and in-room participants in certain configurations can end an active Remote UI session directly from the controller.
  2. Quick access buttons have been added to provide access to CollabOS device settings.
  3. A sound notification has been added when a Sync Remote UI session starts for better in-room awareness.

Local Network Access

  • You can now replace the default Logitech self-signed LNA web server certificate with your certificate and private key.

Updated Time Zone Rules

  • We’ve updated the system to ensure the time zone database is up-to-date with recent global changes.

Teams Panel

  • Updated the included Teams Panel version: 1449/1.0.97.2024061108 and Company Portal 6152.

Zoom Rooms Appliance

  • Updated the included Zoom Rooms Appliance app to 6.0.6.

Ricoh

  • Updated the included Ricoh version to 3.1.16.

Logitech Room Booking

  • Administrators can now customize the default booking times displayed on Tap Scheduler when making an ad-hoc booking.
  • When checking into a booking users no longer need to press “Check in” and then confirm it by pressing the check mark. Users simply tap the “Check in” button and walk into the room.
  • Increased language support. Logitech Room Booking now support all of the following languages: Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Filipino, French, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Spanish (Spain), Slovak, Swedish, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish.

Teams Rooms

  • Fixed an issue in Microsoft Teams Panel where devices would get signed out due to non-compliance in Intune.

CollabOS

  • Fixed an issue where LNA (Local Network Access) would be disabled when using Sync to change LNA password.
