Resolved issues
Office Suite

• This update fixes an issue where the cache of centrally deployed web add-ins can appear corrupted on upgrade, preventing access of these add-ins to users unless they take explicit action to force a refresh of the cache. The fix detects the invalid cache state and forces a refresh to resolve the cache format incompatibility.

Outlook

• We fixed an issue that required users to restart Outlook to open a .msg file after initially accessing it once.
• We fixed an issue that caused screen readers to fail to announce error messages when using Draft with Copilot.
• We fixed an issue that caused Outlook to display the Prioritize and Settings buttons when they should not appear, such as when the user does not have a Copilot license or has disabled the Copilot UI.
• We fixed an issue where Outlook may close unexpectedly shortly after launch.

Word

• Resolved an issue in Word where the AIP add-in wouldn't load sensitivity labels.
• Resolved an Outlook issue in which characters in the subject field would sometimes display as squares when a document was sent as an attachment from within Word.
• Resolved an issue where Word may close unexpectedly when exporting a specific document as a PDF.
• Resolved an issue where URLs pasted from Outlook may be broken when the setting "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks" is turned off.
