  • DLP Warn dialog: The Data Loss Prevention (DLP) warn dialog now includes justification, false positive reporting, and acknowledgment fields, aligning with the Outlook for Windows (classic) experience.
  • Time zone display names are now daylight saving time (DST)-aware and show the appropriate standard or daylight time name based on the time of year.
  • You can now assign multiple categories to calendar events and email messages simultaneously using the context menu or ribbon.
  • Administrators can now configure customized dialog notifications for users in New Outlook.
