MicrosoftIt's a bit easy to get confused with the 'General' channel since I am in multiple teams. I tried to rename or delete but I can't find the option to do so. Is there a workaround for this?
Unfortunately, no. It seems that as of the moment it is still not possible to rename or delete it. This was suggested by a user on a MS teams UserVoice post on April 2017 and it did not get any official reply for a possibility that the feature would happen. It is also the concern of a user back from October 2017 where a Microsoft moderator replied that " ..it's not feasible to rename or delete it at present" and again no concrete reply to confirm its implementation. There hasn't been an update since.
Unfortunately, so far not at all. The "general" (default)channel still can't be renamed (all others with the appropriate permission can) - it's always called "General" and always comes first.
