How do I share meetings with the rest of the team?

Some members of the team were not able to attend the meeting and I would like to share with them a meeting, how can I do this?

The following instructions are required to share meetings with users:

  1. In the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, go to "Users"> Select User
  2. "Edit Settings"
  3. "Meeting Guidelines"> Select the policy you want to assign> "Apply"

If you want to share video with multiple users at one time, follow these steps:

  1. "Meetings"> "Meeting Guidelines"
  2. Select the guidelines "Customer Management"
  3. Add the desired users
  4. "Save"

Team members can view the team's file or chat area. When you put meeting recordings there, all team members can view them.
