To link a table in Teams to PowerBI and automatically apply changes in Teams, you can follow the steps below:

  1. First, make sure that your table is saved as a Microsoft 365 group in Teams. This is important because PowerBI needs to connect to a Microsoft 365 group to automatically apply changes.
  2. open PowerBI and navigate to the "Home" tab.
  3. click the "Get Data" button and select "More Options".
Select "Microsoft Teams" from "Services" and click "Next".
  4. sign in with your Microsoft Teams credentials when prompted.
  5. select the Microsoft 365 group that contains your table and click "Connect".
  6. Browse for and select the table you want to link to PowerBI.
  7. click "Load" to import the data into PowerBI.
After the data is imported, you can analyze and visualize it in PowerBI. When you make changes to the table in Teams, they are automatically applied to PowerBI.
