teams analytics. where i can find a detailed report?

Hi,I would need access to the analytics that Office provides for Microsoft Teams.

I know that some of the analytics are accessible through channel management directly in Teams but I would need a greater degree of detail regarding for example the posts with more comments\ interactions or the number of posts published by each user (to identify the top contributors).

which report should I download? which section of the admin panel should I go to?

thank you

Office for Microsoft Teams provides a variety of analytics and reports that can be useful for managing teams and channels. Here are some steps that can help you find the information you need:

  1. go to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center: Open a web browser and navigate to the Microsoft Teams Admin Center. Log in with an account that has the necessary permissions to access the analytics.
Select the report: On the left side of the screen, click Analyses to view a list of available reports. Locate the report that best suits your needs.
Configure the report: Once you have selected the report, you can configure the parameters to obtain specific information. For example, you can specify the time period for which you want to view data, or the users or channels to include in the report.
  2. export the report: when you are satisfied with the configuration of the report, click Export to create a CSV file that you can open in Excel or another program to analyze the data.
Some of the available reports that might be useful for your purposes are:
  • Activities by User: This report shows the activities of each user in Teams, including the number of messages each user has sent.
  • Activities by Channel: This report shows the activities in each channel, including the number of messages sent in each channel.
  • Top Messages: This report displays the messages that received the most responses or reactions, as well as the users who posted those messages.
