MicrosoftI am using Teams on a Chromebook. Recently I've had the problem that when I start a video chat, it immediately minimizes to a gray bar that says: tap here to return to the meeting. However, tapping on it has no function and I have no video in the chat only sound.
Unfortunately no answer but only that I have the same error and can not eliminate.
same here on my daughter chromebook. ms teams app suddenly cant video chat. just "tap here to return to meeting" but when i clicked it,nothing happened. just audio. already uninstall the app, restart the chromebook. just the same. but when i using the browser or using ordinary windows laptop app,works flawlessly.
suddenly, it came back to normal at my daughter chromebook.
