What is the difference between External Access and Guest Access?
How does external access work? How is it different from Guest Access? I just want to know what will be the best course for our situation.

People with external access will not have access to the inviting organization's team and resources. They are only allowed to join calls and chats (for contacting people/groups/companies outside the organization). However, by using guest access, the guest will have access to some resources/files that the team/channel has. If you want the external user to be more involved then provide guest access for a full collaborative experience.
