Why do I not get an audio signal on teams?

My interface (Scarlett 2i2) shows signal in my system, but no signal arrives at teams. What could be the reason for this?

Teams will only detect a signal on the first channel of an interface that has more than one input. This is the case for all interfaces.

If Teams does not automatically select the correct device, you can use the arrows to the right of the entry to select the connected audio devices.
