Windows 11 search is not finding my files?

I am using search but cant see all the files I am searching for.

One Way to fix this is by rebuilding the search index.

Procedure to Rebuild the Search Index:

Open the Start Menu: Click on the Start button.
Search for Indexing Options: Type Index in the search bar.
Select Indexing Options: Click on Indexing Options from the search results.
Open Advanced Options: Click on the Advanced button.
Rebuild the Index: Click on the Rebuild button.
