This security update contains improvements that were part of update KB5032288 (released on December 4, 2023). If you install this KB:

Outstanding issues

• When using the FixedDrivesEncryptionType or SystemDrivesEncryptionType policy settings in the BitLocker Configuration Service Provider (CSP) node in mobile device management (MDM) apps, you may incorrectly see error 65000 in the "Device encryption required" setting for some devices in your environment. Affected environments are those where the "Enforce drive encryption type on OS drives" or "Enforce drive encryption on hard disk drives" policies are enabled and either "Full encryption" or "Used space only" is selected. Microsoft Intune is affected by this issue, but third-party MDMs may also be affected.
• Windows devices using more than one (1) monitor may experience issues with unexpected switching of desktop icons between monitors or other icon alignment issues when trying to use Copilot in Windows (in Preview).
• The color font format for COLRv1 is not rendering properly. This format allows Windows to display emojis with a 3D-like appearance.
• If you use physical media or disk images (ISO) to install Windows 11, version 23H2 (also known as Windows 11 2023 Update) on a device, Microsoft Narrator might not start.
