New Update: Neat Devices Enhance Features and Fix Bugs
New Features:
- Support for Polish language: Polish language is now added on Neat devices.
- Auto Wake-up on Neat Bar Pro and Neat Frame: Available but disabled by default. Can be enabled in settings.
- Screen standby settings on Neat Board: Users can customize screen timeout options.
- Lock screen on Neat Frame: Requires a PIN to unlock device from standby mode.
- Screen reader option: Available in accessibility settings for enhanced interaction.
Enhancements:
- Disable TLS 1.1 and 1.0: Completely disabled and will not appear in security scans.
- Neat Symmetry updates: Longer wait time before camera adjusts; increased detection range.
- Neat Bar Pro AUX Ethernet port disabled: AUX port can no longer be used to establish network connections.
- Manual brightness slider: Users can adjust brightness manually in system settings.
- Firmware update notifications for Microsoft Teams: On-screen notifications for available firmware upgrades.
Fixed Bugs:
- CUS-391: Resolved error message for shared HDMI content acting as a camera.
- CUS-398: Camera now defaults to auto-framing when joining Teams via Direct Guest Join from Zoom.
- CUS-420: Camera crash issue during Zoom meetings resolved.
- CUS-452: Scaling issue for Neat Bar Pro display has been fixed.
- CUS-481: Default screen behavior issue on Neat Board resolved.
- CUS-327: Keyboard prompt issue on certain touch monitors fixed.
- CUS-482: Static noise issue with USB Mode resolved.
- CUS-484: Default background loss during auto wake-up fixed.
- INBUGS-1519: Video sending issue resolved for Teams meetings on Neat devices.
Open Issues:
- INBUGS-31: Certificate verification issue when uploading CA certificates.
- ZOOM-93: Unable to disable Zoom’s ‘Advanced Noise Suppression’ feature.
- CUS-326: Color correction feature in accessibility settings not functioning.
- CUS-414: NTP server settings may revert after rebooting.
- CUS-415: Screen unresponsiveness after entering standby mode requires power cycle.
