Can you help me to set up a connection with a 2nd user please?

Good morning
Before delivering the NRG Kick Cable to our customer, we performed a test and preconfigured the cable on our test account.Now we're trying to connect the cable to the customers account but in the final step we get the message 'not connected'.In the app we first exceeded a reset before connecting to the 2nd user.Is it possible that a deeper reset should be done, either on the cable itself, in order to pair with another user?I'm using the app version 1.6.7.

The access code of the charging unit can be reset as follows:

  1. press and hold the button.
  2. connect the charging unit to the mains (button remains pressed).
  3. as soon as the LEDs light up, release the button.
  4. the reset takes approx. 1 minute and is signaled by various flashing sequences.
  5. the default code '1234' is then reassigned to the charging unit.

Note: The access code can only be reset if the vehicle plug is unlocked and unplugged. This prevents tampering by third parties
