Can I create a scene?

I would like to create a new scene. Would it be possible to create a scene using the Philips Hue App?

Yes you can. Creating a new scene can be done in two ways. First is through the "New scene' button on your dashboard. You just have to click the room where you want to create your new scene, and then you can follow the onscreen instructions. The second is to select first a room and tap on 'New scene' and follow the onscreen instructions.
