Description

The ProfiHub F1 device is used to convert serial of PROFIBUS network signals from copper to fiber optics, capable of working in ring module, line, or point-to-point structure. It contains one channel with a DB9 connection and two channels for fiber optic ring with Multimode fiber at 1310 nanometers wavelength. The ProfiHub F1 is resistant to electrical and magnetic interferences, with a potential range of up to 5 kilometers between the two optic systems, perfect for applications with strict safety requirements. This device is also capable of network diagnostics, with a FiberView feature that shows the status of the connection.
