How to repair touch screen functionality ?

Hello,

We recently bought a Samsung Flip 2 TV (WM65R) and the touch screen functionality has suddenly stopped working (although the screen can still be turned on). We tried to plug a mouse/keyboard to the USB port, but it's not working too.
We also tried to restart the TV screen (by holding down the power button for 10 seconds) but it doesn't work either.

Can you help us to sort this out ?

As it sounds, it is not a software error. Contact Samsung, a technician may be able to identify and repair the damage.

Also try connecting an HDMI and USB cable to the laptop. (Touch USB on the screen)
Check whether the touch is possibly passed on to the computer.
