Error when exporting to mobile?

When using export to mobile I used to get a QR code to scan with the Samsung Signage app, and it would neatly transfer the roll to a PDF on the mobile. Now I get the message "The device is not ready to use this function. Please try again later".

There are several ways to do this,

  • Connect your device to the Internet and install the latest update. To do this, go to the menu -&gt; Settings -&gt; Support -&gt; Software update.
  • If the device is already up to date, you should still accept the terms and conditions in order to use the wireless transmission functions. Menu -&gt; Settings -&gt; Support -&gt; Terms and conditions.
  • Then restart the device.

Resetting the device.

  • You can reset the device to factory settings using the Samsung remote control (BN59-01234).
  • Only carry out this step if you are confident to do so. Alternatively, ask your integrator or IT technician.
  • Hold the remote control to the back of the monitor, towards the inputs. This is where the IR receiver is located.
  • Once you have found the IR receiver, press [MUTE] -&gt; [1] -&gt; [8] -&gt; [2] -&gt; [Power ON]
  • The device restarts
  • In the Secret menu, select -&gt; Control -&gt; Factory Reset. (If you change another setting, you may damage your device).
  • Carry out a new setup.
  • Test the function
