How do I restore the Flip 4 Pro to factory settings?

Hi, it's a bit time-consuming but I'll list the steps here:

1. switch off the device and unplug it for 1-2 minutes.
2. plug it in, but do not switch it on.
3. point the remote control at the back of the device (where the IR sensor is, often at the bottom or back; the red LED flashes when pressed).
4. press these buttons on the remote control in this order: MUTE (release) > 1 > 8 > 2 > Power ON. You will hear a click from the board and the device will enter the service menu (can be black and white or text based).
5. navigate to **Options > Factory Reset (or "MRT Option" > Reset) using the arrow buttons on the remote control (hold towards the back!).
6. confirm with the middle button. The device resets completely and should start in the initial setup (landscape mode).
