Samsung Flip 4 Pro (WM55B, WM65B, WM75B, WM85) - How do i set the screen as a wireless display?

I have been trying to set the screen as a wireless display my windows 11 laptop. it connects but then at the last minute fails. in total i have tried on a another laptop and a PC.
It can connect using shareview+, android and apple phones. i have followed multple guides but everytime i try to cast to the screen it fails.
The laptop miracast does work, i have tested on a home TV. I have also created a local network and tried on a mobile hotspot, but each time it fails to connect. is there something i am missing?

Ask your dealer for the latest update or try to install the update via Settings -> System -> Update.
Make sure that the Flip and the laptop are in the same network (Wlan / LAN)
Install the latest updates for your laptop. Sometimes you still need the latest driver updates from the manufacturer
Assign a new name -> Settings -> Connect -> Device name
