Sennheiser TeamConnect Ceiling 2 (TCC2) - How to control mute light over Cisco Room Kit pro?

Hi,We have a boardroom project in which we have installed Cisco room Kit pro and Sennheiser TCC2. Sennheiser TCC2 is directly connected to Cisco Room Kit Pro. Unfortunately since TCC2 has only 3 lines, user can not see the light change og TCC' when muted. How can we control TCC2 red/ green light correctly .Note that we have also tried controlling light status of TCC2 over Extron IPCP pro 250 controller but not stable. We refer to Cisco mic status but unfortunately light stays red although it is open sometimes.
Is there a certain way to control mute light of Sennheiser TCC2.Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello,in order to control the light of the Sennheiser TCC2, the device must support SSC (Sennheiser Sound Control Protocol).According to your description, the Extron device supports the protocol.According to Extron, Extron Pro series devices can control the behavior of the TCC2. In your example, you can control the TCC2, it just doesn't work reliably.Adjust the control of the Extron device. For example, use feedback to check whether the microphone is also muted.
