Adjusting window width?

My phone is a Galaxy Note 8 with Android v9. On Zoom calls with others on desktops or tablets, my window is narrower than theirs. I'm in the upper left of the attached image. I can't find any settings in Zoom or my phone to be full-width. Is there a solution?

  1. Check the zoom settings: Open the Zoom app on your Galaxy Note 8 and go to Settings. Make sure that the Full screen in meeting option is enabled. You can find this option under General or Meetings.

Check your display settings: Your Galaxy Note 8 display setting may not be set to the maximum resolution. Go to Settings > Display > Screen Resolution and make sure the resolution is set to the highest setting.

Update your Zoom app: Make sure you have the latest version of the Zoom app installed on your Galaxy Note 8. An outdated version may not display the full image.
