Zoom Inc. Zoom Video Conferencing - Any plug-in or premium setting for better music quality?

Hi. We have just started a music salon via Zoom where we play parts of chamber music concerts via film and then let participating musicians tell and answer questions.

We have tried to optimize the sound according to the guidelines Zoom gives (use original sound, turn off the echo cancellation, turn on high fidelity mode and turn on stereo sound) but we still experience that the sound that participants can hear is significantly worse than if they were listening to videos via for example youTube.

We then tried to "hack" the system and used the software OBS to play movies from the broadcast computer and let OBS reinterpret the playback as coming via camera / microphone to a participant at the meeting. Then we got a little better sound but this solution does not feel stable.

Therefore, we wonder if you know any plug-in or premium setting that we could access to give the participants in our music salons a better sound experience?
