In my participants view window, is there a way to add a ored frame around the video images of some participants only? For example, Suzanna and Samantha would have a hollow red square around their pics, but Tom and Tim would have a blue one while all other participants wouldn't any. This has to be visible by all participants.

Unfortunately, this function is not available. The only function that comes closest to your request would be the Spotlight function to highlight individual participants for all others.
