Btton view missing at zoom?

Hello, one participant (laptop, windows) is missing the View button at the top right to switch to Gallery. It is automatically set to speaker view.

Can you please give me a tip?

Check the following points:

make sure Zoom is updated to the latest version. Sometimes older versions of Zoom may not support all the features.
check if the Zoom app is running in full screen mode. If it is, you should shrink the app to show the menu bar at the top of the window.
Make sure there are multiple participants in the meeting. If only one person is present, the speaker view will be displayed by default.
