Zoom Inc.I regularly host meetings where attendees join with two different devices.
One of them they use for audio and they use the camera on another device.
Is it possible to join these two devices as the same user, for Breakout rooms and spotlighting purposes?

as far as I know, it's not that simple. Basically, each device is displayed individually in a video conference.
With some technical effort, you could of course work around that.
