This is possible: As a host (w/ remote support disabled), you will need to enable this first to allow participants to share their screens simultaneously. To enable multiple participants to share follow steps below:
Begin and launch a Zoom meeting as a Host
Click on the pull-up arrow just right beside the Share Screen button found on the meeting controls
Choose Multiple participants can share
Now participants and as well as the host can share their screen. You can share your screen at any point even if someone is already sharing theirs.
