chat selection: send to all inactive?

As the host of a meeting, I posted a message to a participant. Afterwards the selection menu: "send to all/individual attendees" disappeared, so I couldn't reach the other attendees via chat for the rest of the meeting. What to do?

This may be due to a few reasons. Please check the following points:

  1. make sure that the chat function is enabled in the meeting. To do this, click the chat icon in the bottom toolbar and make sure the chat window is open.
    You may have accidentally closed the chat. Click the chat icon in the bottom toolbar again to reopen the chat window. 3.
    If the Send to all/individual participants menu is still not displayed, restart the chat by closing it and then reopening it.
