Hi, I have a list of 100+ organizations that attend our conferences. We require organization to register and to specify the organization they represent (short answer ). In the registration survey, participants misspell or slightly change the names of their organizations which limits our capacity to quickly participation by organization to our databases. Creating the single answer is very time-consuming as we need to type each organization's name every time we have a conference (2x/week). Could you please suggest any solution or better practice to handle this issue?
