I have the waiting room grey and switch to left = grey.
Why is my waiting room still active?
I don't understand the difference between Personal and Admin.
I've turned both waiting rooms in Personal and Admin gray.
For Admin also the lock symbol is grey.
What does the lock symbol mean anyway?
Ask for help, why is the waiting room still activated on my side?

if you have all switches on grey, then it might help to restart your computer or to end Zoom as a program completely. Are you using the desktop version? Or on a tablet? Or something else?
