Does Zoom really work anywhere in the world?

Are there countries that currently don't have access to Zoom? I'm currently plotting for my target audience for a webinar.

Zoom works worldwide, with a few exceptions.

Based on this Zoom article, the following countries cannot access Zoom for regulatory reasons:

Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Sudan
Syria
Ukraine (Crimea Region)
