Follow these steps to enable yourself to join multiple meetings simultaneously:

Go to Zoom web portal
Click Settings
Click on the Meeting tab
Make sure that Join different meetings simultaneously on desktop is enabled

Note: If the (Join different meetings simultaneously on desktop) is grayed out, it may be locked on a group/account level. Just request to the administrator to have it enabled
