Hi, currently only Pro account users (or higher) and meetings with a maximum of 2 participants are the ones who have access to 720p-quality video Zoom meetings. According to Zoom's help article, the 1080p resolution is also reserved for special-use cases as of the moment. Check requirements for Group HD for more info. I've provided steps below that enables HD quality video that may work in your case.
