To add an external contact to Zoomgov, you must first ensure that the contact has a Zoomgov account. If the contact does not already have a Zoomgov account, they can sign up at https://www.zoomgov.com/signup
If the external contact has a Zoomgov account, you can add them to a Zoomgov meeting invitation by entering their email address in the "Add attendee" field. The contact will then receive an email invitation with a link to attend the Zoomgov meeting.
