How do you automatically transcribe a Zoom meeting?
Manually transcribing meetings is a lot of work for an hour of conversation. I’m looking for the option to transcribe it automatically. Any suggestions?

Transcribing Cloud Recordings automatically are possible if you’re the Account owner/if you have admin permissions with Education, Business or Enterprise license (with Cloud Recording enabled).
To enable Transcription
- Go to Zoom portal and Sign in
- Go to Account Settings
- On the Recording tab, see to it that Cloud recording option is enabled
- In the Advanced cloud recording settings, click the Audio Transcript checkbox to enable
- Click Save
To generate a transcript, just start a meeting, click on Record button then proceed with Record to the Cloud. After the meeting ends, you will receive 2 emails, one for the cloud recording and one for the audio transcript and both will have links to direct you to the content.
