How do you set a Question and Answer on Zoom?

How can I let participants ask questions so that I may answer them? Are there settings that needed to be changed? Hoping to have your helpful tips to get the Q&A feature working right.

The Question and Answer for webinars (meaning the Webinar Zoom add-on is a prerequisite) allows participants to ask a question and the host to answer those questions.

To enable Q&A

Go to Zoom’s web portal and Sign in
Choose Webinars
Edit your webinar/create a new webinar
Click and check Q&A under Webinar options
Click Schedule

Answering questions during a webinar

Click Q&A in the webinar controls (As host, co-host or panelist)
Select the question you would like to answer then click Answer Live to answer it during the webinar or click Type Answer to type your answer for the question (can be sent privately as well)
