How to provide join options for audio besides computer audio?

Hello! My Zoom account does not allow me to provide participants with the ability to join meetings using anything other than computer audio. As I've been trying to resolve this, I've noticed a few things...

1) When editing settings in zoom.us, under "Audio Type," only "Computer Audio" is available to . Under "Telephone" in settings, the only available settings to edit are "Show international numbers on the invitation email," which is enabled even though international numbers do not appear in the generated meeting invites, and "Mask phone number in the participant list," which is enabled.

2) When creating / editing meetings, there is no audio section of editable settings at all.

3) I can still use the general Zoom US phone numbers (https://zoom.us/zoomconference) to call in to these meetings, and I can join with or without a participant ID.

4) When joining one of these meetings, I am prompted to connect using computer audio, and there is no in-meeting to join using dial-in. However, there is a numeric password & a participant ID generated in the meeting information that makes it possible to call in & use phone audio. Again, no international numbers or one-touch dial in s are provided in the generated meeting invitation.
