If you have not been successful so far, try changing your DNS settings in Windows. To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. open the Control Panel and click on Network and Internet.
    Click on Network and Sharing Center. 3.
    Click Change Adapter Settings and select the active network connection. 4.
    Right-click the active connection and select Properties. 5.
    Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties. 6.
    Select Use the following DNS server addresses and enter the following addresses:
  • Preferred DNS Server: 1.1.1.1
  • Alternate DNS server: 1.0.0.1
  1. click "OK" to save the changes.
  2. restart your computer and restart Zoom.


If the problem persists, you can also try clearing your computer's DNS cache by following these steps:

  1. open the command prompt as an administrator.
  2. type the command "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
  3. restart your computer and restart Zoom.
