Zoom Inc. Zoom Video Conferencing - Info when participant enters the room?

Sg. Ladies and Gentlemen!I use ZOOM professionally since May 2020. Towards the end of 20, I accepted your update.Unfortunately, I now no longer "SEE" "visually - your contact has entered the meeting room". Despite sifting through all the settings, I can only enable a "warning tone" to be audible at each individual meeting.Since I work on other levels between meetings I miss being informed that my meeting can start, I can let the participant enter.It forces me to always check and it keeps me VERY busy with my other workers.Please let me know HOW I can change ZOOM back to the previous version.Thanks a lot for your help!Greetings Elke

Hello Elke.You do not need to downgrade Zoom to the previous version. It may be that after an update this function was disabled. You can easily enable it again. Proceed as follows:go to the website Zoom.us and log in.then click in the left column on Settings.then click on In Meeting (Basics)now activate the function play sound when someone enters or leaves.Hope I could help you with this.
