Notification says person has entered meeting but they haven't--?

There are several reasons why a person who has joined a Zoom meeting may not be visible. Here are some possible reasons and solutions:

1. the person you want to meet with may have disabled their video. In this case, their video will not be displayed, but you will still be able to hear them. You can ask them to enable their video by clicking Attendees in the meeting controls and then selecting Manage Attendees and Start Video next to their name.
2. If the person does not have a camera or webcam device, their video will not be displayed. In this case, you will only be able to hear their audio connection.
3. if the person has their audio disabled, you won't be able to hear them. You can ask them to enable their audio by clicking Attendees in the Meeting Controls, and then selecting Manage Attendees and Start Audio next to their name.
