pending requests?

I have Zoom on my windows 10 PC.....have not ever used it...until yesterday...when I started addding contacts by their email addresses.....I was supposed to do a video chat with a physician....yesterday morning.....I went on Zoom...and even though, he got the link for my request, it still showed as pending,,,,and he used that link to try to call me to start the video chat, and I heard nothing,,,,and nothing happened on his end....

we couldn't do the video call because of that, and I don;'t understand what went wrong, and how to remedy it...

any help is appreciated..

They were probably in two different conferences. Check that you use the same meeting ID.

It is best for both participants to join the meeting via the meeting (e-mail invitation).
